First time here and I was surprised by the service here at Diamond. From the greeting upon arrival, the examination and consultation with Dr. Chefitz I was blown away by such amazing service. Thank you all at Diamond!!! I appreciate the phenomenal service from the staff! Thank you Taisha, Ashantia, Kaela, and Malik! I can’t wait to share my experience with family and friends.

My daughter is a difficult patient at best. They were very good dealing with her and getting her braces on. The office staff, especially Kaela are amazing !

I had a really great experience at Diamond Braces, and I especially want to shout out Taisha for making my visit so comfortable. She was super kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which honestly helped calm my nerves a lot. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and knows exactly what she’s doing. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional team, I definitely recommend Diamond Braces — and ask for Taisha if you can! 🦷✨

Kaella was informative and answered all my questions. We've been looking for a good place for my son to get braces. This is the only place that didn't feel like we were getting scammed. Thank you for taking the time to be clear about what to expect in my son's orthodontic care.❤️

Professional, prompt, and clear with treatment procedures and pricing. Takes lots of insurance. The staff are kind and encouraging to my child. This is our first session, hope it stays that way!
